Job Description
As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and visitors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and professional impression of our company. This position involves a combination of administrative and customer service responsibilities, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients and customers with inquiries, requests, and provide information about our products/services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Information Management: Maintain and update records, databases, and contact lists.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Problem Solving: Handle client complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate as needed.
  • Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and provide accurate information to callers.


Qualifications:


  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
