Job Description

Millcreek Community Hospital, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is currently hiring Front Desk Receptionist.

PART-TIME, 1ST SHIFT and 3RD SHIFT.

WEEKEND ONLY position. SOME weekday availability.

Summary: The Switchboard Operator is responsible to answer, screen and route all incoming calls; relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls appropriately; receive and respond to emergency calls, monitor alarms and respond according to prescribed procedures. The operator will provide excellent customer service seeking to meet customer needs, expectations, and demands quickly and effectively. The operator must work efficiently and professionally in a fast paced, sometimes stressful work environment.
