Front Desk Receptionist Part-Time

Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively seeking a Receptionist to work part-time nights and weekends for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY. The ideal candidate will have administrative, and office experience. Candidates should have excellent communication and computer skills as well as a positive attitude working in a fast-paced environment!
Duties Include:

• Greet visitors, prospective candidates and other visitors to the agency
• Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
• Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, website, and other related information
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Maintain and manages calendars for conference rooms
• Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
• Receive, sort and forward incoming mail

Requirements:

• Prior front desk, administrative, and office experience
• Very positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• High School Diploma
