Front Desk Receptionist - Covid Screener

Here at Forest Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center, we currently have an opening for a FT Front Desk Receptionist for our very busy skilled nursing facility, who will be responsible for screening all incoming foot traffic for COVID risk factors. This person will report directly to the Center's Executive Director
Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
• Minor clerical duties as assigned by Executive Director

Qualifications

• Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, familes, community members, volunteers and other facility staff
• Ability to organize, plan and work autonomously
• Effective and pleasant TEAM PLAYER
• Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about working with long-term care residents and the elderly
