Job Description
Reception/Front Desk Attendant Wage Rates (hr.) $22.00 to $24.00 (DOE and state) POSITION SUMMARY: Supervise the day-to-day comings and goings of vendors, purveyors, and company staff . Continue to organize inventory and update punch lists for the construction team. Communicate with Phillip regarding hotel needs deliveries and site visits. Keep owners updated on progress. GENERAL ATTRIBUTES: To maintain product quality above all else, putting customer's satisfaction over profit. To have a positive impact , taking responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both your managers and your colleagues. To be decisive , accepting responsibility for making things happen, thinking ahead and developing contingency plans (while ensuring that you have the support to get the job done). To be motivated and committed , approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve your performance. To be flexible , responding quickly and positively to changing environments. To maintain high team focus by strong leadership, showing cooperation, and support to colleagues in the pursuit of department goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ( Other duties may be assigned): Daily walkthrough of space and rooms to keep track on progress. Updating punch lists weekly to send to Jacob. Coordinate cleaning and moving teams as needed. Set up laundry pick up/drop off. Set up rooms as needed for guests coming in. Issue keycards when requested. Send rules and guidelines to any guests. Keep property free of unnecessary trash or packing materials. Communicate needs of hotel to Director of Ops and Controller. B e liaison between landlord/vendors when questions, concerns or requests arise. Acting as Bell/Desk person if needed Luggage handling QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
