ProActive Physical Therapy Specialist, is a member of the Confluent Health family of physical therapy and occupational therapy companies. We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our AMAZING team! You will be traveling between our two locations Oregon City and Canby. With the hours being 930 am to 630 pm.

Front Desk Medical Receptionist Job Summary


  • Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.
  • Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
  • Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.


Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
