Founders Associate, NYC

We are working with a Series B HealthTech SaaS company looking to hire a Founders Associate into their newly opened New York office, following their recent expansion to the US from London. You will act as the right-hand-person and strategic advisor to the 2 US based Founders, helping them with game-changing strategic decisions and day-to-day operations of the US business.

You will play a key role in helping to tweak the GTM strategy for a US enterprise audience, taking the template of success in the UK and establishing product-market-fit in the US, among other key strategic initiatives spanning every department.

They are a remote-first business of 200+ employees across the UK, Europe and US, although this Founders Associate position will be hybrid with an expectation to spend roughly 3 days per week (or more if you prefer) in-person with the small, but growing, New York team - face-time with the Founders will be key to your success!
