We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs with first-hand knowledge of the problem they have encountered or entrepreneurs that might match to a problem or idea we already have.

It’s not a mandate, but ideally, we want people with experience solving business problems and have a keen eye for anticipating business risks. You may have been a product manager running a product or product line before. You may have been an engineer who has been on the front lines of helping shape a company. You may have been a management consultant who has experience in a particular vertical. Or perhaps you are a proven entrepreneur who recognizes that the difference between success and failure is razor-thin, and you want every advantage you can get.

About The Project

We are developing an end-to-end recruiting co-pilot solution that utilizes Generative AI to streamline critical issues in the recruiting workflow and go beyond generic approaches to find the ideal candidates. We are building a superior solution that ensures consistent recruitment processes, resulting in time savings and enhanced productivity for talent teams.

Key differentiators for our solution include:

1) Context-Based Search: Surpasses generic keyword searches by unearthing the most suitable profiles and their unique narratives for specific roles.

2) Human-AI Collaboration and Refinement: Facilitates conversational collaboration between recruitment teams and the AI platform, allowing for accurate calibration of role-specific skills and identification of the ideal candidate profile, saving time by avoiding false positives.

3) Comprehensive Recruitment Support: Serves as a true co-pilot for recruitment teams, providing assistance with administrative tasks such as e-mail drafting, scheduling, reminders, and more. This support empowers recruitment teams to better prioritize their time and focus on high-value tasks.

What You Will Be Doing:

• If all makes sense, we capitalize the company to help you stand the company up, bring in the best talent, build the product, and get pilot customers
• Design a product and prototype it.
• The FIR will work with the AI Fund Leadership Team to launch and scale new businesses from the ground up. We want to work with entrepreneurs who are obsessed with startups and building exceptional products.
• Work alongside our staff to iteratively research and validate on a problem that can be solved with AI/ML. This includes idea validation, product validation, market validation, and funding validation.
• Set the vision and the strategy of the portfolio company once the idea has been tested and determine product market fit.

Must Haves For the Role Include:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated experience building products and leading teams
• Self-starter who will thrive in an ambiguous startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to move fast and make sound judgment while doing so
• Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Deep understanding of the recruitment and/or HR software landscape
• Prior startup founder or experience working at an early stage hi-tech company
• Ability to attract and motivate great team members
• Strategic thinking
• Integral part of building technology companies from 0 to 1
• Good communication skill and team player
• Demonstrated track record of success
• Demonstrated ability to fundraise
