Evansville, IN – Hybrid work arrangement working onsite at least 1 day/week

5-month contract

Keller Schroeder, an information technology firm in Evansville, Indiana, is seeking a Forms Analyst for a 5-month contract with our direct client. This is a hybrid position requiring you to work onsite in Evansville, IN a minimum of once a week. There is a possibility of conversion to FTE. The Forms Analyst will support financial services’ company-wide form changes and new form requests.

Responsibilities:

Work within a team where responsibilities are shared for the following:

• Confer with form users to gather recommendations for improvements, considering such characteristics as form necessity, completeness, design, text, and specifications as to size, and number of copies.
• Examine and evaluate format and function of business forms to develop new, or improve existing forms format, usage, and control.
• Review forms to evaluate need for revision, consolidation, or discontinuation.
• Communicate within the team and IT regarding test findings.
• Document form test requirements and define form test cases.
• Train end users.
• Test forms and document test results.
• Identify common elements across forms.
• Monitor form requests.
• Organize form files.
• Validate form changes.
• May also design, draft, or prepare finished master copy for new or modified form or confer with printer’s representative to specify changes in format and approve proof copies.
• Create, update, and close form requests as needed.
• Manage projects as they impact forms.
• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements (stakeholders include Legal, Insurance, and Operations).
• Research form history as needed for Legal or Audit requests.
• Proofread form/contract to ensure changes are complete and accurate.

Activities are performed using several systems/tools including:

• MS Teams/Slack
• Elixir Design Pro
• Outlook
• Jira
• ALM (NABLE and MDCMS)
• Confluence

Requirements:

• Work onsite in Evansville, IN at least once a week.
• Strong communications skills (written and spoken) including team player as well as developing rapport even across distance.
• Interest and ability to focus and repeat work effort (retesting forms).
• Attention to detail.
• Team player who is interested in learning and seeks out new responsibilities.
• Analytic skills - medium to strong (including Excel).

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of DB2 preferred.
