Peoplelink is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Financial team. As a Data Analyst you will provide an analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources in support of business decisions.


  • Must be local to South Bend, IN*


How You’ll Do It


  • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
  • Identify automation opportunities and analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools.
  • Provide analytical and business support for field operations.
  • Analyzes data from both internal and external sources to produce insights, identify trends or anomalies, and support business decisions.
  • Collaborates with development teams to design business intelligence solutions to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval.
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance.
  • Use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your team as they make informed decisions.


What You’ll Bring


This is an experienced hire role, and you’ll need to bring 5-6 years of data analytics/mining experience in a similar role.


Here’s What Else We’re Looking For


  • Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and orally.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience in analyzing large amounts of data.
  • 3+ years of experience with database administration including SQL
  • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Able to perform work under general supervision.
  • 3+ years of experience using reporting, analytics, and date mining tools such as GP Dynamics, Power BI and Lightcast.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
