2 Years - Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies

Remote (Must be within the Texas)

8 Years - Business analysis, business process mapping, requirements gathering and requirements documentation

8 Years - Elicit and clearly define and document customer needs and associated requirements

8 Years - Highly developed oral and written communications skills

Bachelor’s degree and three years records management experience. Experience with at least one automated information system is required. NARA certification desirable.

Experience with Versatile Enterprise Records Management Software, content management systems, and working knowledge of federal records is a plus.

Utilize records management systems for search, retrieval, and data entry

Perform a variety of duties such as: records information services, development of procedures; collection and inventory management; organization and classification; indexing

Experience with MS Office including SharePoint.

Must know how to manage and organize records in all formats

Utilizing a records management system (database) for search, retrieval, and data entry.

Experience with scanning equipment and the ability to resolve scanning problems as they occur

Customer service skills, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail required.

Applying records retention schedules to files for the purposes of retention, archiving and disposition.

Responding to customer inquiries and participate in records organization projects.

Assisting colleagues with preparing and shipping large batches of records to off-site storage.

Work with business stakeholders to define requirements (stakeholders include Legal, Insurance, and Operations).

Document form test requirements and define form test cases.

Manage projects as they impact forms.

Strong communications skills (written and spoken) including team player as well as developing rapport even across distance.

Analytic skills - medium to strong (including Excel).

Team player who is interested in learning and seeks out new responsibilities.

Preferred candidates will bring the following skills and qualifications to the role:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

At least 3 years P&C insurance experience involving analyzing and development of forms, rules, and/or rating

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with ISO coverage materials preferred

Active pursuit of CPCU designation or other insurance education preferred

Manage responses to all district subpoena duces tecums and discovery demands.

Manage manual and/or electronic records retention, disposition, transfer, and storage systems and programs.

Two years of clerical experience.
