Hirewell is pleased to announce their latest exclusively retained search for a Commercial Real Estate Owner/Operator. We are leading the search for an Analyst position that will be held in Indianapolis.

The individual in this position is responsible for generally supporting the company’s broad-based analytical requirements including, but not limited to, analysis for asset management, acquisitions, property management, reporting, and finance.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field and 2 to 5 years of analysis experience on the equity side of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial models, cash flow projections, and investment analyses for self-storage properties.
• Provide analytical support to the self storage brokerage team
• Support the team in negotiating lease transactions and lease renewals.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of Indy submarkets, including supply, demand, rental rates, and vacancy trends.
• Perform due diligence, including property inspections, lease audits, and market surveys.
• Collaborate with brokers to prepare high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and reports for clients.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of commercial real estate principles, market dynamics, and lease structures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with industry databases and market research tools (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent research and analytical abilities, with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data effectively.
