We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who shares a passion for exceptional service and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.

The ideal Assistant General Manager candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel setting. A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience.
• At the minimum, a level two certification “certified sommelier” from the Court of Master Sommeliers or equivalent.
• A thorough knowledge of food & wine, guest service, cost control, labor control, and experience motivating and managing large teams.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
