Flight Training Records Administrator

If you are a Flight Training Records Administrator with experience, please read on! We are looking to add a talented member to our team who has previous experience working in the flight training industry. You'll be customer facing and working with pilots to help them throughout the training process. If you have experience with Flight Training 142 Regulations, please apply!
What You Will Be Doing
Maintain and improve execution of training assignments
Review and distribute schedules and training events in a timely manner
Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion dates
Compile reports on attendees, instructors and Simulator capacity
Review and communicate training status reports
Serve as point of contact between scheduling, admin, planning and sales teams
What You Need for this Position
Experience with Flight Training 142 Regulations
Strong Project Management Skills
Ability to Multitask
Ability to Schedule
Record/Data Admin Experience
