Financial Reporting Valuation Manager

LVI are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Valuation Manager to join our clients team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely valuations for financial reporting, gift, and estate tax purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing written reports and presentations summarizing valuation conclusions
• Participating in client meetings and presentations to discuss valuation results
• Providing support in the event of an audit or other review of valuation conclusions
• Conducting valuations of businesses, real estate, and other assets for financial reporting, gift, and estate tax purposes
• Working closely with clients, attorneys, and accountants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of valuation reports
• Researching and analyzing market data and industry trends to support valuation assumptions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with accounting standards and tax regulations related to valuation
• 2+ years of experience in valuation, financial reporting, gift, and estate tax
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
