Financial Analyst Jobs

Our client, a leading cloud computing and virtualization technology company, is hiring for a 100% remote Financial Analyst to join their Corporate Finance Team.

The Financial Analyst will support the Finance Business Partner by managing the FP&A processes for their corporate budget (i.e. CEO, M&A, etc.) The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the tech space preferably in cloud services or on-premises software. Strong candidates will have experience with SAP and Hyperion reporting.

***This is a 6-month contract to start with the opportunity for extension/direct hire***

***This role is 100% remote***

Required Skills & Experience:

• Management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking experience is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, business analysis and strategy (preferably in tech industry covering cloud services and on-premises software)
• Knowledge of SAP reporting and Hyperion/Smart View
• Bachelors degree in business, finance, or accounting (MBA or CPA is a big plus)
• Ability to handle large data sets in Excel

What You Will Be Doing:

• Present solutions to on demand questions from different business partners
• Own the spend, headcount, capital spending analysis and reporting for assigned business units
• Provide Finance Business Partner support for the corporate budget (e.g. CEO, M&A and other strategic initiatives)
• Assist in measuring and clearly explaining financial/business results
• Maintain financial models and collaborate with peers in FP&A to understand variances
