The candidate will support a lean non-hierarchical senior team and will have the opportunity to take on significant (and increasing) amounts of responsibility.

The position will require presenting and discussing detailed findings and recommendations to senior management, providing modeling support and analyzing financial and operational information to assist senior executive management with understanding business drivers, trends and KPI’s.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create reporting KPI dashboards using Power BI and/or Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
• Measurement and analysis of freight, commissions, and other selling costs
• Support Marketing and Product Development through product profitability reporting as well as evaluating new product ROI.
• Identify and drive business process improvements
• Manage capital project tracking and approval process including tracking monthly actual capital spend and updating monthly spend forecast. Also generate monthly capital review presentation.
• Analyze, synthesize, and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights that will drive strategic decision making within the company
• Participate in cross-functional business projects and analysis
• Other duties as assigned and required
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reporting package including production of monthly financial statements, reporting of financial and operational KPIs, and generation of the monthly management financial and operational report.
• Support Ecommerce business through P&L reporting and analysis.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Power BI or similar experience highly preferred
• Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Familiarity with Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Sales, and Marketing Activities including multivariate analysis.
• Strong initiative and self-starter.
• 3 years of experience in an analytical role
