· We are seeking a digital financial analyst to support different products teams to manage financial operations related to technology vendor spend, invoice and spend tracking, purchase order tracking, updating financial dashboards, strategic financial analysis, presentation support related to operational expenses, and more.

· This candidate should have 3-5 years of financial operations or business analyst expertise. This candidate should be highly comfortable working with excel, numbers, keynote, Tableau, and collaboration tools such as Box, Slack, Quip, Wrike, and more.

· Candidates who have financial process improvement experience related to pulling data from different systems, building ad hoc dashboards, and working with large group of diverse stakeholders are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team with cross-functional members to develop a financially sound business plan.

· Manage operating expenses and headcount to budget and understand/communicate the key drivers to y/y and q/q growth.

· Develop well thought out forecasts and variance analyses.

· Produce timely and relevant reports and analyses to help senior management make well-informed decisions.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and business commentary for Sales FP&A.

· Continuously improve processes.

· Other ad-hoc analyses.
