Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced skill with Google Slides, Google Sheets, SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills with the ability to compile and present data to the management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and take initiative to put efforts as appropriate among competing priorities.
• Understand financial concepts including gross margin, return on investment, profit and loss.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in an often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,500-$124,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Support Fitbit product's full Profit and Loss and unit economic updates for New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept to launch, in collaboration with cross-functional teams (business, supply chain finance, product planning, and operations).
• Actively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, develop consistent reporting metrics and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Ad Hoc financial analysis to support product/roadmap decisions.
• Establish and lead a product reporting process, with regular updates on financials, highlighting key risks and opportunities to the leadership team.
• Lead the product development process (PDP) for Fitbit Accessories including unit economics execution, ROI analysis and deliverables for leadership approval.
