Reporting into the FP&A Manager, we are on the lookout for a Financial Analyst to join our Vista Global FP&A accounts team in either our Fort Lauderdale, or London office. You will be integral to supporting the business intelligence and analytics team in providing data analysis, financial models and implementation of new systems.
Your Responsibilities

• Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables;
• Prepare, maintain and analyze financial models and data to give insight to the business and enable sound business planning and decision-making;
• Support the FP&A team with the preparation of the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes;
• Ad-hoc analysis, research, and reports.
• Support Business Intelligence / data analytics within the FP&A team;
• Support implementation and maintenance of new FP&A / Finance tools into the business;
• Help data experts maintain, create and retrieve information from relational databases;
• Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditure for all the entities;
• Create tables in Microsoft Sequel Server as needed and make sure those are updated;
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly management reporting requirements, liaising with the BI team to understand data accuracy and address potential issues;

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate constructively and effectively within a virtual team environment and with non-finance stakeholders;
• Ethical, discrete with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through;
• A dynamic personality, flexible and committed during busy periods, with a can-do attitude;
• Ability to develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL;
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in developing procedures and scripts for data migration;
• Recognized degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance;
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment;
• Ability to summarize data in clear analyses and presentations;
• Finance experience, preferably in commercial finance or FP&A;
• Tableau or other Business Intelligence / FP&A tool knowledge is a plus;
• Advance level of Microsoft Excel, ability to manipulate large data sets and build finance models;
