Experience

· Five (5) years of experience related to financial analysis and planning, public accounting, or consulting.

· Computer experience required with an emphasis on finance-related IT systems (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, etc.), spreadsheet and database programs.

Essential Functions

• Leads or participates in planning, installation, enhancement, and testing of physician compensation systems in collaboration with IT/CE and/or external vendors. Conducts validation, end user testing, and impact analysis of system changes.

• Participates in the development and execution of functional system test plans and performs ongoing analysis of data specifications, and coordinates change requirements gathering and implementation as necessary.

• Performs data validation and integrity functions.

• Analyzes data using mathematical principles or statistical approaches, identifies trends or relationships among variables, prepares analytic reports and presentations, and provides recommendations based on findings.

• Designs data visualization dashboards in systems such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Collaborates with vendors to communicate organizational analytics needs, identifies solutions, requests product enhancements, and communicates and trains customers to optimize utilization.

• Prepares a variety of complex and advanced custom reports for physician compensation needs.

• Monitors system performance and reports problems to IT/CE application owners. Participates in complex troubleshooting and problem solving.

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Orlando Health information.

• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.

• Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
