Where You Fit

As a Finance Manager for PathAI Diagnostics, you will work directly with the finance team and operational leadership to craft analytical tools and quantitative frameworks which enhance strategic and financial operation-related business decisions. This position will perform complex recurring calculations (monthly, quarterly, annually) and lead long term and ad-hoc projects, serving as the day to day finance partner for cross-functional business leaders, providing data-driven insights which shape key business decisions around initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the annual budgeting process for the diagnostics side of the business, along with forecasting and budget updates throughout the year
• Identify, analyze and build models for operational efficiency opportunities
• Collaborate with business development teams to build business cases for new customer and product opportunities
• Perform complex monthly revenue, reserve and related commission calculations and analysis, developing a deep understanding of revenue to identify issues and areas for improvements
• Ad-hoc projects and financial modeling as needed

What You Bring

• Independent/flexible problem-solve with the ability to adapt as the business grows
• Track record of forming relationships with cross-functional business partners
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance and analytics
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or business administration
• Capable of owning operational financial models and creating robust multi-scenario analyses
• Experience organizing and summarizing detailed financial data from disparate sources
• Ability to synthesize and communicate detailed financial analyses for non-technical colleagues and senior leadership as required
• Advanced excel proficiency
• Healthcare experience a plus
• High-degree of attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable balancing multiple projects and work streams on a fast-paced team with adjusting priorities
