Field Technician Jobs

We are seeking for a Field Technician who will accomplish the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• These sites include branches, labs, PSCs and clients. Systems include but not limited to Link, Touch, SIS CoPath, LCLS, LMS, Orchard LIS, Soft Lab, and Winscribe.
• Supports internal and external systems needs in the upstate central MA area.
• Maintains and supports the Data Communications Network by supporting user departments, installing cable and troubleshooting problems.
• Will train clients in the use of all aspects of Link.
• Training of clients may also include the ordering lab tests in a handful of ambulatory EMRs

Requirements:

• License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years of experience.
