Field Inventory Associate Specialist Jobs

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role with proven skills in performance management

At least 3 years of experience in inventory management

In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems, inventory control methods, and distribution practices

Certification in inventory management or supply chain management

Working closely with patients, the Monitoring Center, and field Sales teams to facilitate the timely return/turn of monitoring devices

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.

• Advanced inventory management approaches (working capital tracking and inventory productivity) and financial reporting skills needed.

• Preferred experience with supply chain management and Zimmer Biomet systems.

• Partners with Sales Management, Surgery Coordinators and Operations Leadership to establish inventory levels throughout the territory.

• Designs inventory reports and uses Asset Management dashboards allowing daily management of KPIs.

• Maintenance, management, and reporting of inventory discrepancies found during daily shipping activities in the territory.

Performs lot discrepancy management on a weekly basis (at minimum). Runs appropriate lot discrepancy report and resolves discrepancies immediately.

When required, the ability to accurately manage inventory transactions between locations is critical.

2+ years of related industrial experience preferred, willing to train the right individual

Accurately perform inventory transactions for lot controlled and non-lot controlled inventory using the ePlus Inventory software.

Understand the difference between the Manufacturer and Ellsworth lot numbers and how they’re utilized in the ePlus software and Ellsworth WMS.

Understand consignment vs non-consignment inventory, as required for each account.

Performs lot discrepancy management on a weekly basis (at minimum). Runs appropriate lot discrepancy report and resolves discrepancies immediately.

2+ years of related industrial experience preferred, willing to train the right individual

Accurately perform inventory transactions for lot controlled and non-lot controlled inventory using the ePlus Inventory software.

Identifies customer specific issues to ePlus Customer Service Specialist (CSS) immediately.

Identifies and communicates inventory trends and sales opportunities to Account Specialist and ESR groups respectively.

High School Diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED)

3+ years of customer service, data entry, account management, or relevant experience required

Manage orders to keep Hubs at agreed upon par levels.

Supply chain experience a plus

Act as primary interface between Hub team members to support fulfillment of daily Inventory needs for surgery demand.

Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships.

Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.

Experience using excel and data management systems like ERP.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Communicates with Territory and Regional Managers to ensure initial consignment levels are appropriate for business requirements.

Inventory management and analytics background.

Contacts Territory Managers on a standard schedule to address underperforming consignment customers.

Collaborates with Regional Managers to help drive improvement for the stock efficiency of their sales team (Consignment and Account Manager stock).
