Job Summary :
Perform from basic to advanced installations, disconnects and service changes for residential and business customers for fiber, high-speed internet services, phone, and TV. Perform basic troubleshooting and repair for services from the fiber terminal, or the ONT to consumer's electronic devices. Perform all work with limited supervision.

Job Duties :

• Ability to be professional with customers and fellow associates.
• Physical ability to work in various conditions, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and in adverse weather conditions.
• Mounting of ONT on home, and installation of routers and extenders.
• Physical ability to work from a kneeling or standing position for long periods.
• Available to work overtime when deemed necessary, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work other duties as assigned.
• Provide in-depth customer education on all products and services.
• Able to lift and carry loads of up to 75lbs including ladder.
• Ability to work with basic hand tools and other specialized fiber equipment.
• Perform Installation & Repair of Fiber Service to Customers from the terminal to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
• Physical ability to climb ladders with proper equipment up to 28 feet.
• Attach fiber to poles and pull fiber through conduit.
• Observe All Safety Rules & Regulations to Perform Job Safely.

Qualifications :

• Must Possess a Vehicle Capable of Transporting a 28-foot Extension Ladder
• Must Pass Drug Screening & Background Check
• Must Be Available to Work All Shifts & Weekend Schedules
• Must Have Prior Experience Installing Fiber to the Home Service.
• Must Possess a Valid Driver’s License

Compensation :

• Paid PTO
• - $20 - $50 per hour (pay is based on a task based model)
