Qualifications

As an F &I Manager with Lithia & Driveway (LAD), you will be empowered with the resources and support needed to get every driver into the perfect deal.

• 2+ years of Prior Automotive Dealership F&I Manager experience REQUIRED.
• Outstanding Communication skills both written and verbal REQUIRED.
• ADP/CDK experience PREFERRED.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency REQUIRED.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $139,200.00 to $230,400.00 , which includes commissions on Individual Product and Reserve Income and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
