Business Analyst Manager Jobs

• Business Analyst Manager is responsible for all data management and to maintain BI tools at the highest standards. Builds reports for production that helps to take faster and better decisions and improve the way to supervise performance and efficiency indicators.

Core Responsibilities

• Preparation of production reports to support leaders and make the right decisions.
• Responsible to provide Capacity Review figures needed for long term decisions.
• Owner of Labor Management database tool (Master Labor) with the responsibility to maintaining and update all critical information required to lead packing labor.
• Site super user of Power BI tool, crafting and maintaining reports to support daily operations.
• Helps and crafts good collaborations departments.
• Craft new reporting solutions.

• Able to participate in company paid international training starting on July 17th - Aug 3rd, Aug 21st - Sept 8th, and Sept 18th - Oct 16th.
• No sponsorship is provided, and you must be eligible to work in US.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• High level of Knowledge in Systems and data analysis tools.
• Requires the ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Must be willing and able to work multiple shifts.
• Tentative start date is July 10, 2023.
• Must have the necessary requirements to travel abroad.
• At least 3 years in Manufacturing environment.
