Job Overview


The Company, a world-class industry leader in online marketplace auditing with over $2 billion of yearly transactions, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an FBA Case Manager. Our auditing technology puts a great focus on discovering and resolving logistical and financial discrepancies in a relentless effort to reconcile every single transaction.


As an FBA Case Manager with us, you will be responsible for investigating reimbursement claims on behalf of FBA sellers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills.


Responsibilities


  • Provide regular updates on case investigations and escalate claims to Amazon's FBA Support team as needed
  • Analyze FBA payment reports to identify incorrect fulfillment fees charged to sellers - Monitor FBA inventory for discrepancies and potential for lost/damaged/disposed products
  • Work with various software tools to record data and generate reports for the Company.
  • File and process reimbursement claims on behalf of FBA sellers


Requirements


  • Previous experience in FBA reimbursement claims is highly preferred - Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Good work ethics
  • Ability to work remotely and independently in a self-directed environment - Strong understanding of MS Office and Google Suite Applications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
