365 Holdings is seeking a Customer Success team member to assist in managing inbound support from customers. The job may include time spent on the phone, live chat and through email across brands and customer experiences. The job is onsite in Akron OH with Full Time varying daylight hours. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of terrific communication, empathy and is a quick learner of new systems.

Requirements

• Capable of using the Google Suite including Sheets and Docs
• Some Customer Service experience is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated history of communicating with the general public
• Desire to work on the phones and emails
• High School Degree or GED
