Facilities Maintenance Manager Jobs

Volt has partnered with a great company in Santa Ana CA to hire a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee all daily operations related to the maintenance, repair and installation of Company machinery and the upkeep of the Company’s property and facilities. This company is in the Manufacturing Industry and we are looking for a person with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) experience.

This is a Direct Hire position with company benefits (Healthcare, PTO, Retirement)

Salary is $70,000-$80,000 Depending on Experience

Essential Job Functions

• Manages and oversees daily operations for maintenance, facilities, and security

• Leads maintenance dept., which includes recruiting, training of employees

• Researches, administrates all outside service contracts related to maintenance, facilities and repair

• Reviews, approves vendor invoices and updates expense report for Accounting

• Manages and updates preventative maintenance program (PMXPERT)

• Supports departments during periodic inspections conducted by agencies (e.g., AQMD, CUPA, fire, ISO, NADCAP, etc.)

• Responsible for security alarm system and responses to alarms

• Troubleshoot and provide system support to production and manufacturing departments for equipment and computer issues

• Participates in quality, safety and customer audits

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

• 4 years of maintenance experience in a PCB manufacturing environment

• Working knowledge of preventative maintenance software

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to work overtime as required

• Proficiency with manufacturing tools, parts, equipment and materials

• Proficiency with technology (e.g., Office 365, ERP systems, etc.)

• HAZOPER Certified (hazardous waste & emergency response standards)
