Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience. $2,000 Sign-On Bonus payable after successful completion of probation period!

Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:

• Develop resource requirements and utility plans,
• Maintenance and improvement of manufacturing plant,
• Plan equipment and infrastructure maintenance and activities.
• Project management,
• Perform system evaluations and manage project costs,
• Design and layout of facility expansion and optimization,
• Determination of facility and equipment specifications,
• Oversee and coordinate with contractors and vendors,

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of building process and construction principles
• The successful candidate will have a B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 3 or more years of experience in a facilities engineering role
• Must have experience with AutoCAD and MS Office
• Must have strong knowledge of structural code requirements, and excellent project management experience.
• Must also have effective written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
