The company is searching to build their staff with Extruder/Slitter Operators to work in their clean and efficient environment. This key role requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment where quality, accuracy and dependability are highly valued. Must have strong orientation toward detail and organization. Will climb steps and work on enclosed catwalks.If you are qualified and enthusiastic, then this job is for you.Must be flexible to work any shift in a tobacco-free environment. Cannot leave on lunch break, nicotine free-must be able to go whole shift without smoking/chewing/vaping due to food industry standardsJob duties:

• Record data… weight, footage, impression count, etc.
• Accurate measuring skills – check film for proper size and thickness
• Set up job on extruding machine (per work order)
• Prepare other supplies as needed (cartons, labels, etc.)
• Ability to maneuver around, between and underneath machines and equipmentAbility to climb stairs and work on catwalks. 3pm-11am Mon-FridayCandidate must submit to background check and drug test.Must be able to work any shift, but could end up on any shift.We do offer our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, 401K, as well as vision/dental/medical.
