Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated individual who will be responsible for assisting in minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting problems before the maintenance team is called. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working on a packaging machine within a food manufacturing facility or a comparable environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to Work Independically: Can assist and support the main operator independently when needed.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues with packaging machines.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Skills to assist in resolving operational issues with packaging machines.
  • Machine Adjustment Skills: Familiarity with the operation and adjustment of packaging machines.
  • Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment: At least 2 years of experience working on packaging machines within a food manufacturing facility.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail for identifying issues and making precise adjustments.
  • Knowledge of Packaging Machines: Good understanding of packaging machine operations.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills to effectively work with the team.
  • Reliability: Dependable and consistently available to support the main operator.
  • Basic Maintenance Skills: Ability to assist in basic maintenance tasks for packaging machines.
