Routes
Route: Caguas, San Lorenzo, Yabucoa, Gurabo, Juncos, Las Piedras, Humacao, Trujillo Alto, Carolina, Loiza, Canovanas, Rio Grande, Luquillo, Fajardo, Ceiba & Naguabo.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
General Description
Visits customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Contacts customers in person to encourage and secure payment of delinquent accounts. Provides orientation to customer concerning payment alternatives, debt restructuring and obtains payment promise. Follows-up on payment promises. Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer account. Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.
Experience
At least one year of related experience in external collections.
Education
+24 Bachelor's degree credits approved
Certifications / Licenses
