About the role
The Express Claims Adjuster role is an entry level claims role that evaluates Express claims with respect to loss, coverage, exposure; and ensures timely, cost-effective closure via settlement or denial. Express typically refers to high volume, relatively low exposure, non-litigated claims with no complex liability issues.
Technical Skills and Expertise
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
Property & Casualty Claims Adjuster License preferred (or will license qualified candidates)
Analytical and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Desk Management, phone ‘etiquette’, time management and dealing with difficult customers.
Effective communicator (written, verbal, training)
