Position Summary
The Executive Vice President, Operations works in partnership with the Division President to drive operational performance and optimization across the business. They translate client operational needs and lead internal operations of the Healthcare team. This individual will promote JLL’s brand, purpose, culture, and values while focusing on client, patient and family experience, mitigating risk, and driving financial performance for our healthcare clients through real estate, project and development services, and facilities solutions. This position will report to the Division President of the Work Dynamics Healthcare Division.
LOCATION: THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED IN ANY MAJOR U.S. CITY WITH TRAVEL AS NEEDED

Lead in disrupting the corporate real estate market within the Healthcare sector using technology and innovations
Win new clients, while retaining and expanding existing clients
Drive profitable growth and refine and develop offerings
Attract, develop, and retain the best and most diverse talent in the industry

Achieve the ambitions of our clients and employees
Responsibilities
Management of regional governance and alignment with global governance (workouts, monthly boards, quarterly business reviews, budget etc.)
In the post pandemic reshaping of the healthcare industry, build a differentiated strategy to gain client and talent mindshare through thought leadership, new capabilities, and ecosystem partnerships.
Build and maintain a broad network within the Healthcare industry to identify new business growth opportunities
Lead and partner with the Healthcare Account Management and Sales teams to identify new business and expand existing client portfolio
Leveraging industry knowledge and client input to deliver a coherent, comprehensive strategy to capture the benefits and value of the products / offerings
Develop and deliver scalable solutions to improve customer and patient experience that can be applied broadly to clients and JLL businesses
Establish and advance client relationships for Healthcare corporate clients
Ensure the vision and strategy of the Healthcare account plans are implemented and align with client objectives and interests
Develop and execute solutions to position JLL as the leading advisory and outsourcing strategic partner in the Healthcare sector
Build, lead, and develop high-performing, diverse, and integrated teams who are committed to delivering exceptional client results
Responsible for the profit, loss, and growth of the Work Dynamics Healthcare business
Partnering with HR, understand trends and issues that could affect business performance
Supports Division President in strategy definition and implementation; alignment with WD global strategy.

Requirements
Deep professional experience and expertise within the Healthcare Sector
Demonstrated ability to shape a vision, set aspirational goals, develop, and implement a strategy and operating plan
Proven track record of profitably growing a business line or function
Financially astute-commercial oriented, strong financial acumen
Desired skills and capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or industry-relevant equivalent. Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred.
Minimum of 15 years’ leadership experience
In-depth understanding of the industry and the workings of different departments of a company, including finance, sales, and human resources
Proven ability to leverage technology to achieve results
Previous experiences that required significant C-suite partnership and relationship building skills
Proven history architecting and setting a vision, as well as driving the implementation of said vision within a large global organization
Significant experience managing and navigating complex, matrixed, and globally dispersed organizations
Best-in-class operations leadership experience, including the redesign and improvement of existing processes to better leverage cutting-edge technology
Succession capability into roles of broader responsibility
Proven ability to lead projects and solve problems in a complex, global, multi-faceted, highly matrixed organization
Track record of integrating acquired businesses and successful change management/transformation experiences
Expert in selecting, developing, and retaining outstanding talent at all levels
