Job Description
Our partner who values diversity and is dedicated to providing equal opportunities is currently seeking a Senior Associate for the role of Executive Talent Acquisition - Research and Operations. This position will be based in Racine, WI. The role involves providing administrative, project management, candidate mapping, talent intelligence, and reporting support to the Global Executive Talent Acquisition (ExGTA) team. The associate will work alongside Executive Recruiters and contribute to the recruiting process for senior-level positions.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate on the enhancement of the global executive talent acquisition process across various regions and business units
  • Assist in coordinating interviews with external vendors, recruiters, and hiring managers, focusing on Senior Director and above roles
  • Conduct internet-based research to identify potential executive candidates for existing and future requisitions
  • Create templates for processes, job profiles, and specialized campus tours
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and actively participate in HR and Talent initiatives
  • Aid in vendor (executive search firms) setup and invoicing coordination
  • Facilitate post-interview feedback sessions and oversee background checks, physical tests, and drug tests
  • Maintain a professional and respectful line of communication with candidates, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience
  • Develop internal reporting metrics for executive recruitment, including diversity tracking
  • Manage candidate travel arrangements and handle travel reimbursement processes
  • Contribute to the execution of executive onboarding and support Workday (ATS) administration tasks
  • Play a role in designing executive relocation packages by collaborating with the Global Mobility team


Requirements


  • Familiarity with talent intelligence and use of LinkedIn for candidate identification
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday ATS
  • Showcase strong customer service skills, interpersonal abilities, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Exposure to executive onboarding and leadership development is considered a plus
  • Prior experience in executive recruiting is advantageous
  • Display competence in project management
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have accumulated 3+ years of experience in executive search, leadership development, HR, or data/analytics
