Job Description
Tryfacta is seeking a Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants for our client in Comstock, NY 12821. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Highlights
Position Title: Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants
Location: Comstock, NY 12821
Duration: 2 years
Work Schedule: 8.00 AM 4.00 PM
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
The selected candidate will be providing support services to two departments, Psychology and Program Evaluation:-
  • The candidate should have strong computer skills and will have opportunities to refine their Excel knowledge.
  • Candidate excited to learn new and advanced skills, such as using a statistical computer program or searching for professional journal articles.
  • They will be creating Excel documents for data collection and simple reports for compliance monitoring.
  • Assist with the daily management of the two departments, e.g., delivering mail, ordering supplies, retrieving psychological testing files, managing employee files, and answering phones when we are not available.
  • They will run canned PDF reports from databases to help pull monthly data.
  • They will be assisting with oversight of program evaluation and research data.
