Who are we:

We are a Non-Profit organization helping children find their forever homes.

What we need:

The Executive Director is responsible for leading the development and execution of a strategic plan to build a nationally recognized, renowned foundation that fosters change for children in the child welfare system. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships and tactical collaborations, leading implementation of agency initiatives with children, youth and families, advocating for transformative legislative policy changes, and oversight of the foundation’s structure and finances.

You will oversee the Program Associate Director, Finance Director, Marketing Director, Development Director, and Philanthropy Director and manages the Board of Directors.

What you need to have:

• Travel 20% of the time and be open to attending evening events and meetings.
• Knowledgeable in legislative affairs and strategic planning
• Ready to make a difference and believe you can make a change
• At least 10+ years of experience with a non-profit organization working with the child welfare system
• Experience leading an organization and philanthropic mind set, where you can build/create more programs
• Experience managing budgets and Board of Directors
