Executive Director Jobs

My client is looking for an experienced operations leader to lead an upscale luxury senior living community in Orlando, Florida metro. This individual can possess a background in CCRC senior living or hospitality.

This individual will administer, direct and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the campus to ensure programs and services meet the needs of the Residents. The executive director is responsible for upholding the standards of care and services and instilling a culture of hospitality for team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a climate that attracts and retains a talented and diverse staff
• Create and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations to facilitate success of organization's financial future
• Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings
• Annually create a strategic organizational plan and overall budget

Qualifications

• Proven success growing a business.
• Previous leadership experience in hospitality or senior living. Minimum of five years of experience in management role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in large-scale program development.
