Executive Communications Specialist, Apple Services Engineering

Imagine what you could do here! We are looking for a hardworking Executive Communications Professional to lead, develop, and execute an internal communications strategy for the organization. This includes developing employee facing content that welcomes, informs, and inspires individuals across ASE on key internal programs and initiatives. This role will work closely with our leadership team and serve as the organization’s internal communications advisor.

In this role, you will play an integral part in helping communicate vision, priorities, and plans to team members across the ASE organization. You will develop and translate content into a clear and compelling story with pixel-perfect precision. You will play an active role in creating Keynote presentations to communicate initiatives and programs to keep employees connected and engaged. This is an opportunity to use visual design to communicate ASE’s priorities and enhance the employee experience and organization culture.

You should be, at different times, a writer, project manager, critical/creative thinker, storyteller, and communication authority. You will be collaborative, passionate, high energy, organized, articulate, and able to distill messages in this role. The ideal candidate will excel at working with executives and colleagues alike and consistently delivers high-quality work even under time constraints.

Key Qualifications

5 years+ experience working with executives with proven success developing executive-level messaging and providing communications counsel to senior management teams.
Experience executing strong communications strategies with an uncanny ability to take complex stories into a compelling and relatable narrative and format.
Relentless curiosity, and a passion for using storytelling to create experiences.
Experience delivering internal communications to a global and hybrid audience.
Expertise in strategic communication with a focus on change management.
Excellent and extensive writing, editing, project management, and keynote presentation-building skills.
Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, adapting quickly to change.
Ability to create and foster productive and engaging relationships.
Ability to create compelling Keynote presentations by implementing your own creativity but also aligning to existing style guides.
A gifted eye for visual design and aesthetics essential.

Description

Lead strategic communications plans and campaigns for Apple Services Engineering to meet our growing business needs and help employees understand the bigger "why" and "how" behind company priorities and decisions, and how it drives our mission.

Provide guidance and counsel for our executive team on how to craft narratives and develop materials to engage and inspire their own teams and the broader company.

Lead development, prep, and messaging for executive written and speaking opportunities, including Town Halls, company-wide memos, AMAs, video scripts and internal social campaigns.

Partner closely with internal stakeholders to efficiently align storytelling with our values and core beliefs.

Measure and report on quarterly results and advise on areas to evolve based on data; optimize current internal communication channels and explore new and innovative ways to reach and engage a diverse range of internal audiences.

Education & Experience

BA degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field desired.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,000 and $266,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
