Acumen is looking for a proven trailblazer and former CEO/business owner, who can build a team of influential business leaders from their network by leading an advisory community and providing executive coaching for a faith-inspired for-profit organization. You’ll invest in a regional partnership focused on monetizing your experience in a way that builds equity value while influencing and impacting your local community.

About Acumen

Acumen is an exclusive community that helps Owners, CEOs, and Executives grow their top line, optimize their bottom line, and enrich their storyline.

We do that by placing 12 CEOs and owners in advisory Councils of non-competing businesses with similar characteristics, revenue, employee count, locations, and demographics.

This approach combines the benefits of an advisory board and a peer mastermind team and is personally led by an experienced entrepreneur and former CEO, who we call a Growth Catalyst.

What role does a Regional President play with Acumen?

In the role of Regional President, you will be the trailblazer launching Acumen in your city and cultivating and leading other Growth Catalysts to create a fully alive community. While independent, Growth Catalysts work together as a team of teams in your city to sharpen, challenge, and inspire others under the leadership of the Regional President.

What is a Growth Catalyst?

Catalyst: an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action.

A Growth Catalyst is a former business owner or CEO with the talent and ability to provide guidance and connection to C Level Leadership. Their past experience sitting in the seat of owning or leading a company has given them battle scars and pathways to help others. They are the transformational agent that helps a team of leaders drive growth in people, performance, profit, and person.

The Acumen Platform

As a Regional President, you will start building your region, leading your own team of CEOs and Owners each month in a half-day council, and then connect 1:1 for executive coaching. Quarterly you’ll attend our Advance Leadership Workshop, and annually facilitate a team retreat called Outbound.
