Executive Assistant/Director Of Operations

Basic Information

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm; work-from-home position
• Five paid vacation days, six paid holidays, and two paid sick days - per year—annual increases.
• Independent contractor position
• Performance-based bonuses

Compensation

• $30K to $58K, depending on experience, skill set, and reliable references.

Requirements

• Computer with webcam and microphone
• Criminal background check
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Communicative, team-oriented, comfortable with constructive feedback
• Independent and reliable
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
• Periodic travel to assist with live events - only twice a year
• Once-weekly supervision meetings by Zoom
• Graphic/photo and video editing software experience—Photoshop preferred
• Applicable college associate degree or higher
• A fast, motivated learner who is eager for advancement within the company
• Access to the Internet that can be upgraded (at company cost) to high-speed
• At least two years of marketing and/or business development experience
• Supervision experience or willingness to learn

Schedule

• 40 hours a week
• Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CDT

• Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc)
• Website development and management (Shopify
• Marketing duties. If necessary, training/mentoring will be provided
• Assist customers with selecting products

• Web and eCommerce experience (Shopify)
• Marketing background/experience
• Photo/video editing
• Scheduling clients on EMR software
• Generate reports for statistical analysis
• Manage/respond to customer email and phone inquiries
• Proofreading/minor editing
• Familiar with various online platforms, such as Fiverr and Upwork
• Creativity with a design background
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge to update the Shopify website
• General administrative and executive support
• Report directly to the company CEO
• Video editing experience
