What You Will Do:

  • Provide personal assistance, working with the CEO’s family to ensure family obligations and priorities are met.
  • Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior leadership and team members.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, and execute projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Serve as a calendar gatekeeper and ensure the CEO’s schedule is followed.
  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO and Chief of Staff to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately maintaining open and regular communications.
  • Complete a broad range of administrative tasks: create, review, and edit presentations, agendas, and itineraries; compile materials for meetings; manage expense reports; other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Build and maintain relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manage a variety of special projects for the CEO.
  • Coordinate all logistics for business and personal travel, including booking commercial and private flights, managing detailed itineraries, and adjusting to last minute scheduling changes.
  • Synchronize meetings and appointments for the CEO’s professional and personal schedule, ensuring the CEO is prepared with any needed background, talking points, and meeting materials.
  • Manage CEO’s high-volume inbox, monitoring and flagging critical items, drafting correspondence, and preparing a daily brief of key priorities.


Required Skills:


The ideal candidate is:

  • Articulate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Trustworthy. Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when making decisions and interacting with executives, clients, partners, employees, and others.
  • Tech Savvy. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, Teams). Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
  • Flexible. Will have experience in shifting priorities quickly and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, proactively responding to unexpected variables.
  • Attentive. Must be able to work hours outside of standard office hours to accommodate business and personal requirements, as needed.
  • Critical Thinker. Excellent problem solving, decision making, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter. Able to take initiative and demonstrate ownership of projects and prioritize workload to completion with limited supervision.


Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives


Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree required.
