About The Job
Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Store Planning based in NYC, who will support and own the operations and administration of the department.
Profile
Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities:
Administration
  • Arranges sophisticated and detailed travel plans and itineraries.
  • Maintaining data entry and excel spreadsheets for store planning reports such as Builder's Risk updates
  • Maintains SVP's calendar. Sets priorities and plans, schedules appointments, meetings, and other engagements
  • Lead and manage all department invoices through MYPO
  • Processes travel and departmental expenses through SAP/Concur
  • Visionary crafter of compelling presentations utilizing PowerPoint and creative tools for SVP/VP to advise on sales meetings, store planning projects and store committees.
Communication & Partnerships
  • As floor captain, collaborates with other store planning team members to ensure supplies for department
  • Updates on activities hosted by Employee Engagement Committee
  • Keeping track of departmental calendar and coordination of all meetings, departmental celebration and annual workshops.
  • Coordinate maintenance of all equipment in the department and issue any repair tickets as needed
  • Serve as primary contact for department deliver services (General Messenger, Fedex, UPS, etc)
  • Prepare New Store Planning Hire setups (onboarding agendas, equipment requests and issuing badges)
The ideal candidate will have digital savvy & tech friendly skill set, and a sophisticated understanding of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal communication skills and can interact with all levels of management and employees.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $60,000- $70,000 annual salary plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
