Are you ready to take your administrative skills to the next level? Ortho Molecular Products, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a talented and motivated Executive Assistant to support our Senior Director of Marketing. As an integral part of our dynamic Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in driving our objectives forward and ensuring Marketing projects run smoothly. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry.

• Oversee communication and workflow for marketing project dashboard, including managing project timelines and providing status reports for campaigns and department objectives.
• Maintain version control and content management using SharePoint.
• Coordinate the Director's calendar, including appointment booking and optimizing time.
• Organize marketing files and media library, including competitor catalogs.
• Handle marketing correspondence for Sales Executives at Ortho Molecular Products, Inc.
• Compile and maintain in-house mailing lists.
• Set up marketing projects in the project management system and become an expert user.
• Provide monthly status reports on the marketing department budget.
• Place literature purchase orders with vendors.
• Manage literature and marketing collateral inventories, including coordinating with the Stevens Point facility and preparing monthly inventory reports.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Good people skills
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
