A completed Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Science or Technology.

Capital markets, accounting or financial valuation work experience is a plus

Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting and financial theory.

Assist in the origination and execution of investment-grade debt capital markets transactions, including bond issuances and liability management exercises.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) are a plus.

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or a related area.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

Collaborate with senior team members across product groups and investment banking coverage teams in preparing pitch materials.

Monitor market trends, interest rate movements, and macroeconomic developments to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Strong client servicing and interpersonal skills

At least two years of experience in consulting, banking, policy analysis or a related field

This position will be in person Monday through Thursday with optional Work From Home Fridays.

EDUCATION AND PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution; CFA and/or MBA preferred

5-8 years of previous investment banking experience required with a completion of an MBA and/or CFA preferred

Demonstrated transaction execution experience involving equity capital raises for private companies

Knowledge of and passion for the Energy, Infrastructure, Transition & Climate Technology sectors

Hours are 8am -5pm, in the office Monday -Thursday working remote on Friday

Must have 5 – 10 years’ experience working in Investment Banking supporting Investment Banking executives.
