Investment Banking Analyst/Associate

We are currently partnered with a Middle Market Boutique Investment Bank looking for a highly motivated and experienced Consumer Product and Goods Investment Banking Senior Analyst or Junior Associate to join their team in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing Consumer Product and Goods investment banking transactions. The Consumer Product and Goods Investment Banking Senior Analyst or Junior Associate will work closely with senior bankers, clients and other key stakeholders to drive successful transaction outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial and strategic analysis of healthcare companies, including financial modeling and valuation analysis

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders

- Work closely with senior bankers to manage transaction processes and timelines

- Prepare marketing materials and presentations for clients and investors

- Participate in due diligence and negotiation processes

- Manage junior team members, including analysts and interns

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or related field, with a focus on healthcare

- Strong financial modeling skills and ability to conduct financial analysis

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and on a team

- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
