Job Description

The Choice, Inc. is partnering with a global advisory firm that specializes in international development, serving clients including NGOs, governments, and businesses. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support one of their partners on their African team. This remote position is based in Washington, DC, and operates on regular East Coast hours. It is an open-ended contract role.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up items as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including drafting emails, memos, and other correspondence
  • Manage expenses and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Manage the Partner's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently and effectively


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with international development and social impact work preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners across cultures and time zones
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives
  • Experience working with remote teams and across different time zones
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
