THE OPPORTUNITY


Our admin and support teams make a much-valued contribution to the Primient business.


Our Executive Admins focus on supporting an individual executive or small number of Senior Leaders in their day to day office activities including obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive, calendar management, travel management, and event management.


Key responsibilities: Executive Assistant


  • Drafting and document review
  • Working collaboratively, with other Executive Assistants across the organization.
  • Managing confidential information
  • Monitor follow-up of actions from the broader manufacturing operations team
  • Prepare presentations and take ownership when working on short notice and limited guidance
  • Management of schedules in an international business where many contacts work in different time zones
  • Follow-up on pending matters with limited direction
  • Organize events and meetings with other parts of the business
  • International travel arrangements and related expense reports
  • Record keeping, assistance with contracts and other documentation
  • Administrative support for Senior Leadership Team members


About You


We are looking for a candidate that can excel in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple leaders and provide them with superb schedule, travel, and event management. Additionally, possessing the ability to design presentations and analyze data using excel.


  • Highly experienced in using Outlook Calendar and MS-Office, SAP and ERP Software
  • Dynamic Excel, Power Point experience required
  • Ability to filter high volume of information
  • Experience in an international business and operating with various time zones and cultures
  • Prior experience in the management of confidential information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experienced in event organization and management
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role supporting one or more executives
